英文契約中常看到herein, hereto, hereubder, hereinafter等等的文字
這時候只要把握一個原則就可以了解了
here + 介係詞 = 介係詞 + the agreement
hereto = to this agreement
hereof = of this agreement
herein = this agreement
hereby = this agreement
hereunder = under this agreement
herewith = with this agreement
hereinafter = after this agreement
例如：Each Party hereto shall... = Each Party to this agreement shall...
而thereof, thereto等
通常指之前出現過的語句，或是契約中曾出現過的語句
